Our Journey and Evolution

The journey of Be Our Guest Designs began in 2016 with the founding of Be Our Guest Events in Caerphilly, South Wales. Initially specialising in wedding and event decor, Be Our Guest Events quickly became a prominent name in venue styling across South Wales, offering a wide array of rental items from chairs to floral arrangements. However, when the wedding industry faced unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19 in 2020, Be Our Guest Events had to pivot to sustain its operations.

Diversification

Out of necessity and creativity, Be Our Guest Designs emerged as a sister company to Be Our Guest Events. In October 2020, we acquired a laser cutter and began crafting custom wedding signs and acrylic decor products from our family garage. This expansion not only allowed us to diversify our offerings but also supported our main company by providing luxury acrylic wedding signage and decor.

Innovation and Growth

In December 2022, we took a significant leap forward by investing in a UV printer. This advanced technology has empowered us to elevate our product quality and expand our luxury acrylic wedding signage product range. Combining the precision of our laser cutter with the versatility of the UV printer, we now create meticulously crafted, high-quality custom wedding signs that meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Today, Be Our Guest Designs is dedicated to establishing itself as a leader in the luxury acrylic wedding signage. We continue to serve clients locally and globally, providing custom wedding signs that enhance the beauty of weddings and events.

Meet Our Team

Behind Be Our Guest Designs is a dedicated team of six individuals: Clare, Clare, Chloe, Lewis, Evan, and Ben. Rooted in familial and friendship bonds, our team is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our business. Clare and Clare are lifelong friends, with Clare being Chloe and Evan's mum. Lewis, Chloe's partner, adds his expertise, while Ben, Evan's lifelong friend, brings his passion to our team dynamic.
